Step 1: Select Tools,
and then Options
Step 2: Click on the
Connections tab
Make sure your Dial-Up configurations match the above, with
"Hang up after sending and receiving" UNCHECKED.
Leaving this box checked will automatically disconnect you
after every time your email is checked, without prompting
you first.
Step3: Click "Apply" and then click
"OK"
